The service is designed for personal, non-commercial use by subscribers in the United Kingdom and internationally.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a household, you accept these Terms on behalf of all household members who access the Service through your account.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and server URL. We offer various subscription plans including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and lifetime options with varying numbers of simultaneous connections (1 to 5). All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. For recurring plans, your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: redistribute, resell, or share your subscription credentials with parties outside your household; attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls; use the Service for any commercial or public viewing purpose without written authorisation; interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service; or record, download, or redistribute content accessed through the Service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Device and Connection Limits
Your subscription plan determines the number of devices that can stream content simultaneously. A single-connection plan allows one active stream at a time. Multi-connection plans (2, 3, 4, or 5 connections) allow the specified number of simultaneous streams. You may install compatible applications on an unlimited number of devices, but only the number of streams specified in your plan may be active concurrently. Exceeding your connection limit will result in the oldest active stream being disconnected.
7. Service Availability and Quality
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience temporary outages due to server maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance. Channel availability and streaming quality depend on various factors including your internet connection speed, device capabilities, and network conditions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
All content delivered through our Service, including channel feeds, video-on-demand content, logos, and user interface elements, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not record, download, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content accessed through our Service.
9. Refund Policy

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation of recurring subscriptions takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, IPTV Polska shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service and cancel your subscription.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
